Enchanting, magical, soothing; the best music for sitting by the window, watching the snow fall.
Wonderful as background too, during the holidays when company is over your house.
Excellent sound quality. I highly recommend it.

I'm an Enya fan, having a complete collection of her work. While good, this falls a bit short of being great.
This was designed orginally to be a Christmas album, and does contain Christmas songs,. But apparently, they decided to market it as more of a "Winter Season" CD.
Some of her songs seem to be "same old same old" meaning that there doesn't seem to be growth in terms of complexity, nor new ideas expressed. Satisfactory to an Enya fan, but nothing to really rave about.

Enya has a quality and style that is unique. I own everyone of her CDs and like all of them. This one seems even deeper and more mysterious. Her voice quality and purity of sound makes it a joy to listen to. I play it at work and play it over and over and never get tired of listening to her.
